    I got these because the regular capsules were hard for me to swallow but the taste of these is like cardboard. I would return but I already opened the container and taken some.

    Have you tried our Citrus Grove Coated Tablets? They have 45mg of iron, with an orange flavored coating that when wet becomes very slippery and east to swallow. Little smaller and more ergonomically shaped than our capsule too! Glad to send you a sample to try if you are interested!

    Kinda strange, but I actually look forward to taking these. They are like a little candy. Sometimes I wish I could have one more Ha! I don’t know about the nutrients, I haven’t had my levels checked since I started using these, but I do really like the flavor. I want to try the other flavor, but I’m afraid I won’t like it as much. Please don’t stop making the orange flavor ever!
