• For people who have had gastric sleeve surgery: 2-3 soft chews daily
• For people who have had gastric bypass surgery: 2-3 soft chews daily
• For people who have had gastric band surgery: 1-2 soft chews daily
• For people who have had BPD/DS surgery: 3-4 soft chews daily
• For people who have not had weight loss surgery: 1-2 soft chews daily

For best results, take soft chews at least 2 hours apart from iron supplements.
