Refund & Return Policy

At ProCare Health, your satisfaction matters to us. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened items within 30 days for a full refund of the merchandise price or an exchange.

To qualify for a refund:

  • Products must be unopened, in resellable condition, and include all original packaging.

  • Returns must be received within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • ProCare Health covers return shipping only if the item was shipped in error or arrived defective.

How to Start a Return

Before sending anything back, please contact our Customer Service team and have the following ready:

  • Your name

  • Your invoice number

  • A brief description of the issue

If your item was defective or had a packing error, we sincerely apologize and will cover all return shipping costs. For all other returns, original shipping charges and return shipping may be your responsibility.

Promotional Gift Items
Free gift items included with your purchase are not eligible for return, exchange, or warranty claims.

Bundle Returns
If returning a bundle, all items in the bundle must be returned to receive a full refund. Any items not returned from a discounted bundle will be treated as full-price purchases, and your refund will be adjusted accordingly. Returns of individual items from discounted bundles will be refunded based on the bundle’s prorated pricing — not the full retail or subscription price.

Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened items, used products, or any product returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund Processing Time
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
