Yes, joining rewards is completely free!
For every $1 you spend at ProCare, you will earn 1 point with a point multiplier depending on your tier.
Unfortunately, points cannot be earned for purchases made prior to joining our loyalty program. Your tier takes into account previous purchases, but points do not.
Your point balance is displayed on the this page once you are logged in to the Loyalty Portal. Go to the top of this page to login and see a breakdown of your points history and activity.
Your points will expire 90 days after recieving them.
Your tier status will only expire if you unsubscribe from your subscription.
The rewards you unlock will never expire - you earned them!
Make sure you are logged into your account, redeem your points for $$ off your purchase with a coupon, and apply the coupon code at checkout! Coupons cannot be combined.
If you return a purchase, the points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.
If you used a different email to check out, they will not be applied to your account. If you have any questions please reach out to support@procarenow.com
You will receive the points on your birthday every year. Birthdays must be entered at least 30 days in advance of your birthday to receive points. If you have any questions, please contact us at support@procare.com.
