How do I earn points?
For every $1 you spend at ProCare, you will earn 1 point with a point multiplier depending on your tier. See above for more ways to earn and ways to redeem.
Can I earn points for previous purchases?
Unfortunately, points cannot be earned for purchases made prior to joining our loyalty program. You're tier takes into account previous purchases, but points do not.
How can I track my points?
Your point balance is displayed on the this page once you are logged in. Go to the top of this page to login and see a breakdown of your points history and activity.
Do my points expire?
Your points and tier status never expire! However, if you unsubscribe, you will lose your tier status.
Do my rewards expire?
The rewards you unlock will never expire - you earned them!
How do I use and redeem my points?
Make sure you are logged into your account, redeem your points for $$ off your purchase with a coupon, and apply the coupon code at checkout! Coupons cannot be combined.
What happens to my points if I return a purchase?
If you return a purchase, the points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.
Why did the order I recently placed not give me points?
If you used a different email to check out, they will not be applied to your account. If you have any questions or need to merge accounts please reach out to support@procarenow.com
