ProCare Loyalty Points are rewards you earn through various activities with our brand. For every $1 spent, you earn 1 base point, with multipliers based on your membership tier.

You can earn points through multiple activities:

• Purchases ($1 = 1 point, with tier multipliers)
• Birthday celebration
• Followi us on social media
• Leave a product reviews
• Complete the Surgery Quiz
• Special promotions and events

Unfortunately, points cannot be earned for purchases made prior to joining our loyalty program. Your tier takes into account previous purchases, but points do not.

Redeeming your rewards is easy. Once you've collected enough points, simply log into your ProCare Health account and visit the Loyalty Portal. There, you can convert your points into discount coupons - for example, 500 points gets you a $10 off coupon.

Points are what you earn (like a currency) through purchases and activities. Rewards are what you get when you redeem those points. For example:

• Points: Earn 1 point per $1 spent
• Rewards: Redeem 500 points for a $10 off coupon

Your points will expire 90 days after recieving them.

Your tier status will only expire if you unsubscribe from your subscription.

The rewards (coupons) you unlock will never expire - you earned them!

Your point balance is displayed on the this page once you are logged in to the Loyalty Portal. Go to the top of this page to login and see a breakdown of your points history and activity.

No, reward coupons cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

If you return a purchase, the points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.

If you used a different email to check out, they will not be applied to your account. If you have any questions please reach out to us.

You will receive the points on your birthday every year. Birthdays must be entered at least 30 days in advance of your birthday to receive points. If you have any questions, please contact us.
