    Chalky, hard to ingest

    It was a fight every time it was time to take these vitamins. I dislike them. They’re huge, hard to break at first chew, have a very chalky taste to them, and the vitamin made me nauseous taking it. I gave up taking this product after the third attempt because it never got better. Opted for vitamin in powdered form from another company. Wish I didn’t listen to my dietician and saved my money on this.
