After seeing an employee organizing handfuls of different vitamins and calcium required in a day, and the timetable schedule to take them, an idea was born. ProCare Health grew from that idea. There had to be an easier way to get all the supplementation required after weight loss surgery. Starting as a branch of a Medical Supply company, ProCare Health quickly grew and became a stand-alone business.
Through mutual connections, ProCare Health started working with bariatric doctors and dietitians at the University of MO-Bariatrics. There, we tested and fine-tuned our once-a-day chewable to ensure it was effective for weight loss patients. After being implemented as the vitamin of choice due to ease and affordability, adherence to vitamin requirements in patients increased from 35% to 87%!
We have continued to grow in size and product lines while staying true to keeping things easy, affordable, and packed with supplements, so our clients are happy and healthy!
Important Ordering and Delivery Information
Orders are typically processed within 48 hours (subject to availability). Please note, we do NOT ship on the weekends. Due to size or weight, some items may require extra time for delivery. Some products are heat/cold sensitive and will be held for weekday shipping so they do not sit with the shipping carrier over the weekend. Please call us if you have any questions about your order or shipping timeframe.
Expedited orders utilizing Fedex/UPS cannot ship to a PO box. They must ship to a physical address. We may be able to ship express to your PO Box using USPS, but please contact us about this option. Saturday deliveries are not guaranteed by any shipping carrier.
Generally our packages deliver within one week. Claims for packages marked as “delivered” must be filed after 5 days and within 15 days from the date the package was marked “delivered”. Claims for domestic packages presumed to be lost (not
marked as delivered) must be filed after 7 days and within 30 days from the last scan. International packages presumed to be lost must wait 15 days to be filed. All claims must be filed within 60 days of the order date.
Currently our website only allows international shipments to Canada. Please contact us for a quote to ship to all other countries. Due to high international shipping costs, free shipping specials do not apply outside of the continental US. We are not responsible for any additional customs fees, duties, or taxes that may be assessed. These are not factored in to your total when purchasing. All prices on our site are in US Dollar - unless you are viewing as CAD. Please make sure you are considering the exchange rate when purchasing, as your credit card will approve the purchase based on the conversion.

Orders can be placed by calling 1-877-822-5808 during normal business hours (M-F 8:00 to 5:00 CST) or by using our secure online shopping cart 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can leave us message after hours as well.
Please make sure your name, address, daytime phone number, email address, credit card number (with expiration date and security code), and complete order are included. Please note if you would like to be contacted to process the payment and not include the payment details on your fax or email order. The order will not ship until payment has been processed/received.

These can be processed on our site or through Paypal, with or without a Paypal account. If paying by E-Check, please note, your check must clear before your order is shipped. This may take 3-4 business days. Payments by check that cannot be processed due to insufficient funds are subject to a $25 penalty fee.
Payments will appear on credit card statements as ProCare Health, or B&G Medical Supplies, depending on the processing company associated with your card.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unopened items within 30 days for a complete merchandise refund or exchange. All returns must be in unopened, resalable condition and contain the original packing material. ProCare Health will only pay return shipping costs if returned items were shipped in error.Please contact customer service before returning any product. Have the following information on hand when calling: customer name, invoice number, and the nature of the problem.If you are returning an item that is defective or was shipped in error by ProCare Health, we apologize for your inconvenience. We will provide the return shipping label for these items. For any other return, you are responsible for the original delivery costs and the return shipping expense.

Terms & Policies
For all prices and products, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or typographical errors in advertisements. ProCare Health is not responsible for manufacturer price changes, which may occur at any time without notice.
Please keep all packing material and documentation in the event that your products need to be returned.
All defective products, except those that have been opened or used, will be accepted by ProCare Health for credit or exchange at our discretion within 30 days from the invoice date. Defective products that have been opened may be replaced or a store credit issued. Defective is defined as: a manufacture issue, or shipping damage, that results in the item being unusable.
Some non-defective products may be returned for credit or exchange. Those returns authorized by ProCare Health are subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%, and must be completed within 30 days of the date of invoice.
All products must be returned within 30 days from the invoice date, 100% complete, in resalable condition and must include original packing material.
ProCare Health reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the invoice date. If the product is accepted after 30 days, credit will be issued toward future purchases only.
ProCare Health reserves the right to cancel any order found to be in violation of coupon terms, or in use unintended by ProCare Health.
