    Missed a week of vitamins

    I am a subscriber to the automatic supply service. After complaining a rep phoned to tell me that the product is shipped every 3 months on the same day of the month, 90 capsules. What smart person does not realize that some months have more than 30 days. And the a product "shipped on Friday is not picked up by the USPS until sometime the following week. My shipment was delivered a week late. Not acceptable.

    Multi iron free

    Love the new to me vitamin. The previous brand I used had an awful odor. This ProCare is easy to swallow and no odor. Huge improvement. My one concern is the B12 content is very high and am concerned it may be too much for me.
