    Great tasting hydrolyzed collagen liquid protein containing 16g of protein and 2.5g of arginine in every serving (1oz).

    Okay, does it’s job

    This protein shot does its job. I don’t gag with it, but I do wish it was a little thinner, not so much of a gel. Doesn’t cause stomach upset and easy way to get some fast protein.

    Not for me.

    I do not like the flavor. I tried diluted in water and it kept a gelatinous texture at the bottom of the glass, even with frequent stirs.
