We recommend adding Cool Care Shipping for heat-sensitive products to help protect them during warmer weather.

How It Works

  • Cold Protection: Includes cold packs that help keep your items cool for up to 2–3 days in transit.
  • Insulated Packaging: Wrapped in a heat-reflective envelope or liner for extra protection.
  • Optimized Delivery: Our team selects the fastest carrier, aiming for delivery within 3 days.

Shipping Schedule

To reduce heat exposure, Cool Care orders ship Monday–Wednesday only. For extra protection, choose Next Day or 2-Day Shipping at checkout. Try to receive your package in person or ship it to a cool location with inside delivery, such as your workplace.

When Your Order Arrives

For Chocolate Items: Refrigerate for 1–2 hours before opening to let them reset. Even if items like our chocolate don’t look perfect on arrival, they still pack the same nutrients like calcium and vitamin D.

 

Note: Most supplements can handle brief heat exposure without issue. Minor surface changes don’t affect quality—it takes extreme temperatures and prolonged heat to make a measurable difference.

No Cool Care Shipping was used for my package

No Cool Care Shipping was used for my package, so I was very disappointed. Luckily it been cold, otherwise the chocolate would’ve arrived completely melted.

We apologize for the disappointment with your recent package. As a complementary service, Cool Care Shipping is only utilized when necessary. We do check each chocolate order to ensure it arrives safely in suitable temperatures. However, in this case, your area's weather was cool enough that the service was not needed.
In the future, if we do charge for this service, we will definitely include ice packs and protective mailers to ensure the chocolates arrive in perfect condition.

It wasn’t even cool let alone cold.

Cool Care Packing was missing on last two orders

I requested cool care shipping on my last two orders but both came packed in a box without any cool care packing. The last package arrived in very cool weather so it was fine but the package before had some chocolate bars melted and mishaped.
