    Description
    This delicious high protein meal replacement can be made into a pudding or shake is a perfect choice for pre-surgery or post-surgery for bariatric patients. Each serving has 25 grams of protein enriched with vitamins and minerals including Calcium, Iron, Vitamin A, D, E, B-12, and B-6.

    For a Pudding:

    1. Add contents of one packet and 2 - 3oz* of cold water into a small cup. 
    2. Mix with a spoon until smooth.**

     For a Shake: 

    1. Add contents of one packet and 4 - 6oz* of cold water into a large glass.
    2.  Stir thoroughly.**

     *More or less water may be added based on preference.
