    Tablet is large and hard to chew.

    Hi Margaret, Sorry to hear that the tablets were not perfect for you. We understand that everyone has different preferences when it comes to tablets. But, we have some helpful tips for you! Our tablets are actually scored down the center, so you can break them into smaller pieces if you prefer. ( take smaller pieces throughout the day, or just smaller pieces all at once- whatever your preference!) You can also grind them up and mix the powder into a drink or soft food. Another option is to try our capsule multivitamin, which is specifically designed for post-surgery individuals and breaks down quickly in the stomach.
