I can't believe how big these are. I had to go back and make sure they were in fact for people post bariatric surgery. They have to be as big as my new pouch and I have to take 3 a day! I wanted the chews but they were sold out, and at 40calories a pop, I went with these because I needed something for after surgery. These are so big, my pill crusher/cutter can barely handle them, and they are super slippery. No way to return them since they are open, shipping took so long to get here and was expensive. My medical team wants me on this brand but I don't think I'm gonna keep up with it and will probably switch after I'm done with this bottle. I haven't tried the multi vitamins I ordered from here yet but they seem large as well. My team told me to cut anything bigger than and M&M to avoid blockage, even cut these seem to big. I wouldn't recommend to anyone post op, I don't even think I could handle these pre op. I deeply regret this purchase but now I'm invested and have to keep taking these. Are you sure they are for people who have had their stomachs drastically reduced in size?! I'm not misreading anything?!
Capsules are huge. I choke on them and discontinued them.
