Why We Refreshed: The Story Behind the New ProCare Health
ProCare Health was built in the bariatric space, by and for people navigating life after metabolic surgery. That origin gave us something most supplement brands don't have: a real understanding of what it means to need nutrition that works with a body that has changed.
For over fifteen years, we've shown up for people in some of the most transformative moments of their lives. People recovering from bariatric surgery. People starting a GLP-1 therapy and working to protect their nutritional foundation. People who have spent years searching for a path that actually fits their life.
That responsibility has always shaped how we work. It's why we partner with obesity medicine physicians, bariatric surgeons, registered dietitians, and wellness providers. Not just to align with clinical standards, but because the people we serve deserve solutions built around their full experience. Every formula we develop is clinically informed, manufactured in GMP- and NSF-certified facilities, and independently third-party tested. And we've always priced our products to stay accessible, because long-term health should not come with a cost barrier.
Obesity Care Evolved. We Evolved With It.
Obesity care looks different today than it did ten years ago. What once centered on surgical pathways has expanded to include GLP-1 therapies, medically guided weight management, and a broader recognition that metabolic health is a lifelong process. Our product line grew to reflect that, from core bariatric multivitamins to solutions to complement obesity management medications, to adjustable-dose formats designed for people whose tolerances and routines shift over time.
As our reach expanded, we kept returning to the same question: are we truly serving everyone who needs us? That pushed us to listen more, to clinicians, to patients, to the people rebuilding their health one day at a time. And that listening led us to a harder question.
Does our brand reflect the trust people have placed in us? The honest answer was: not yet.
We had built something real. A product line recommended by providers and trusted by thousands of patients. Strong clinical alignment. Deep community relationships. A genuine commitment to quality. What we didn't have was a brand that made any of that visible at a glance.
Our visual identity wasn't telling the story we had earned the right to tell. It didn't signal the quality, the care, or the seriousness of the work happening behind every product. In a space where trust matters most, where someone is deciding what to take based on their surgeon's or dietitian's recommendation, that gap mattered. So we changed it.
What Changed, and Why
This refresh was not about trends or reinvention. It was about closing the gap between who we are and how we present ourselves.
A look that signals quality before anyone reads the label
Our palette of deep purple, teal, and navy reflects clinical credibility without cold distance. Packaging is structured and clear, with color coding and naming that helps patients and providers navigate the line confidently.
Calm, grounded, and direct
The people we serve are navigating real complexity. They don't need hype. They need clarity. Our voice now reflects that: steady and supportive, without pressure or overstatement.
At home in the clinic and in the kitchen
ProCare has always lived between clinical recommendation and daily life. Our new identity honors both, professional enough for providers, human enough for the people they care for.
What Hasn't Changed
Our commitment to the people we serve. Our belief that better outcomes happen when people are supported where they are, with high-quality solutions designed for real life. Our partnerships with the clinicians who guide their care. Our focus on making long-term health feel manageable, not intimidating, not expensive, not overcomplicated. Our products remain priced lower than comparable supplement brands, and that commitment stays in place. Premium by standards, not exclusivity, has always been how we operate. It still is.
The name is the same. The mission is the same. The products are the same. We've just given all of it the presence it deserved.
As we work through existing inventory, some orders may still arrive in the old packaging for a little while. Both are the same product. We're making the transition thoughtfully and appreciate your patience as we get there.
