Shipping policy
Processing typically takes place within 48 hours (subject to availability). Please note we do NOT ship on the weekends. Due to size or weight, some items may require extra time for delivery. Some products are heat/cold sensitive and we will hold off on shipping so they do not sit over the weekend. Please call us if you have any questions about your order or shipping timeframe.
Expedited orders utilizing Fedex/UPS cannot ship to a PO box. They must ship to a physical address. We may be able to ship express to your PO Box using USPS but please contact us about this option.
Most packages ship regular mail using the United States Postal Service. The estimated delivery time USPS suggests to receive packages is 6-11 business days. Generally our packages deliver within a week. If your package states delivered and you are not able to locate it please contact your local post office first, as they may be able to provide additional details for you. Some packages are left in drop boxes at apartment buildings, please check these as well. In our experience most packages are located, or delivered the next day. If this is not the case we will gladly contact USPS and open a missing package investigation for you. During these investigations the Post Office may contact you for additional details to help locate your package. Your postal carrier will also be contacted and the GPS locator checked for when the package was scanned delivered. Results of these investigations take 3 business days. At that time the package will either be found or classified as lost and we will discuss reshipment options with you.
International Orders
Currently we only ship internationally to Canada on our website. You can contact us for a quote to ship to other countries. Due to high shipping costs internationally, any free shipping specials do not apply outside of US. We ship via USPS or UPS. We are not responsible for any additional customs fees, duties, or taxes that may be assessed and these are not factored in to your total when purchasing. All prices on our site are in US Dollar- unless you are viewing as CAD. Please make sure you are considering the exchange rate when purchasing as your credit card will approve the purchase based on the conversion.

Fax/Mail Orders
Please make sure your name, address, daytime phone number, email address, credit card number (with expiration date and security code), and complete ordering information are included. Feel free to state you would like to be contacted to process the payment if you would rather not include with your order. The order will not ship until payment has been processed/received.

Payment
For your convenience we accept several different forms of payment; Credit Cards, Shop Pay, Paypal, and others. If paying by Electronic Checks (E-Checks), please note it may take 3-4 business days for your check to clear before the order is shipped. Payments by check that cannot be processed due to insufficient funds are subject to a $25 penalty fee.
Payments will appear on credit card statements as ProCare Health, or B&G Medical Supplies, depending on the processing company associated with your card.
