Simply activate rewards in your customer subscription portal. Once turned on, they’ll automatically apply to your future subscription orders. Please note: you must have at least one active subscription to redeem rewards.

Yes! Rewards stack with other subscription benefits like subscriber-only product and shipping discounts, giving you the best value possible.
Yes! You’ll earn cashback on both one-time and recurring subscription purchases. But to redeem and use your rewards, you’ll need an active subscription.
You’ll continue earning cashback on one-time orders, but you won’t be able to redeem rewards without an active subscription. Any unused rewards in your balance will be lost if your subscription is canceled.
If you return an order, any rewards earned from that purchase will be deducted from your balance.
