    Love the convenience

Posted by Yvonne Clements on Sep 22nd 2021

I just started using this product and love it’s convenience. I did not read all the info the site provides or reviews before buying so I was a bit disappointed to learn it doesn’t dissolve and is gritty. MY FAULT. After reading more about the product and reviews, I’ve learned quite a bit and now understand better how to use the powder. It beats the chalky chewable a from another company that shall remain nameless.

Best calcium citrate on the market!

Posted by Nicole G on Jul 4th 2021

For the reviewers complaining about a chalky taste or that the product doesn't dissolve, you must not know anything about calcium. Please do your research before complaining. Calcium doesn't dissolve and IS a gritty element. I detest taking huge calcium pills (or ANY pills) so when I found this powdered calcium I knew I had to try it. I've been taking this since my gastric bypass in 2018 and I love it. It's so quick and easy. All I do is pour the powder directly into my mouth and wash it down with a bit of whatever I'm drinking. One word of caution, be careful NOT to inhale or sneeze as you will end up inhaling the powder because the particle size is so fine. There is a slight sweet taste due to the added dextrose but it's very light. Overall, I love this product and recommend it to anyone who needs it. Again, please understand that calcium IS a gritty textured element and will NOT dissolve in food or liquids. If you add to a liquid it will settle to the bottom so make sure you swish the liquid around to re-mix the calcium while drinking. If you add to food, you will still feel the gritty texture.

Really good without the citric acid

Posted by Katie on May 17th 2021

I was hesitant b/c of my issues with citric acid. It has very little of this, is an extremely thin powder (don't breathe or sneeze when pouring into your mouth!!!) and is AWESOME!!!

    Chalky AF

Posted by Sarah Cooper on Mar 14th 2021

I'm thankful for this product in that it will be great for my RNY liquid phase. It is chalky, as is to be expected, but not terribly unpleasant. I'm going to switch to a chewable product after this box is gone, though.

I really like this powder calcium. I can mix it with almost anything and doesn't change the taste.
