After having VSG and becoming pregnant there is a lot of confusion on to take a normal bariatric multi or just a prenatal. This takes care of both! My labs have been 100% my entire pregnancy.

    Love these vitamins

Posted by Naomi on Feb 7th 2022

I'm vitamin D deficient and also slightly anaemic so I switched to the prenatals for bariatric patients so I wasn't taking a bunch of supememts as it has everything I need in one pill. I jut need to take 2 capsules a day and my calcium chews instead of a multivitamin, iron, calcium, and vit D plus my blood pressure meds. 3 months out and I got my positive!

    Great vitamins

Posted by Jovanna Fernandez on Jan 6th 2022

I was taking the regular non-prenatal ones and they made me a little nauseous every once in a while. I started taking these 30 days ago in preparation for pregnancy, and I love them. No nausea or any other negative effect. I 100% recommend. I was afraid since you have to take 2 capsules a day that it might be too strong, but not at all. I take both capsules in the morning and I do great!.

    Best Prenatal, no stomach upset

Posted by Rachael Blanton on Dec 18th 2021

The 2 capsules can be taken as 1 dose or 2, I've tried it both ways and had zero stomach upset or discomfort! Getting all my necessary vitamins without the added nausea! Best option or there!!!
