Directions - Shake well. Hold 1 dropper full (1ml) under the tongue for 20 seconds, then swallow. For best results take on an empty stomach. Wait 10 minutes to eat or brush teeth. A little odd tasting but they do completely absorb under your tongue so you don't get a lot of the taste. Easily washed down with water.
