    Good Vitamin

Posted by Melissa H on Mar 12th 2020

Some people do not like this vitamin, I do not have any issues with it. However I suggest taking it with dinner as it usually will sit better in your stomach and absorbs better with food. I like that I only need to take one, where many of the other brands you have to take up to 4. I get the orange flavor, initially it is citrus then as you start chewing it gets a strong vitamin/ chemical taste so I just swallow it with water as soon as I start chewing it up.

    Tasty!

So, I've now tried the Fruit Punch, too, and it is about as good as the Citrus. They both are tasty enough to be a treat at the end of the day, which encourages me to remember to take one. I have a feeling I will alternate, some, but the Citrus is slightly better tasting, while the Fruit Punch is better dissolving.

They taste a little tart, but they don't upset my stomach! They aren't bad at all and seem to be doing their job!

    Tasty!

The thing I like most about these, aside from the simplicity of one per day and them being chewable, is that they actually taste really good. Kind of like a treat at bedtime, which really helps me remember to take them!

Bariatric Multivitamin w/ 45 mg Iron

Posted by Monica on Jan 7th 2020

I like this vitamin a lot. The chewable tablets are easy to consume, and I notice my energy levels are higher now that I'm taking them daily. Some people complain about the taste, but it reminds me of orange-flavored baby aspirin. It's totally fine. Also, I was originally concerned about the high level of iron in it. I needed to increase my iron intake as I was dangerously low, but I was concerned about the unintended side effects. Specifically, when I take iron supplements, I become constipated, but I don't with these. My bowel movements are regular and dark, but I read that the color change is common when taking in iron. I recommend this product.
